Moira Greyland sings Celtic music, opera and popular music in seven languages and numerous native dialects accompanies herself on the concert harp. An award-winning Celtic singer with a nearly five octave range, she is equally at home singing a lead in an opera, playing the harp for a wedding reception, or giving a concert of a variety of stunning vocal selections accompanied on the pedal harp.

Moira has performed on the harp for such notables as Dianne Feinstein and Hillary Clinton.  Her harp concerts have taken her all over the world. Moira appeared in the movie “The 40-Year-Old Virgin” as the harpist in the wedding scene. She was invited to play the harp for the Queen of Thailand’s birthday and also to perform with Toni Braxton in Las Vegas. She was recently featured on an internationally televised musical spectacular for the Supreme Master Ching Hai performing the world premiere of the song "My Home."

She earned a Bachelor of Music Performance from the University of Redlands. Moira recently completed her Master of Music Performance degree, which included the study of composition, and writing a lot of original music for harp and voice. Her album, Avalon’s Daughter, has been well-reviewed and it is available through iTunes and Amazon.com. Her original song cycle, Anthem For America, has been described by audiences as “deeply felt, passionate, and wrenching.”


Moira Greyland is available to sing with or without her harp for your special event, concert venue or convention.  She can present an operatic program, a harp program of mixed selections for your special event or a Celtic program with harp.
